Chuck's BBQ quickly became one of the most talked about BBQ food 'must-haves'.

Word-of-mouth quickly brought in customers not only with the flavor of the food, but the customer service that came with it.

Throughout the years, Chuck taught his daughter, Jenny, all his knowledge of the business and how to smoke the food to perfection. All meats are slow smoked for hours with fruit wood to provide you with an authentic barbecue experience.

From a young age, Jenny had always dreamed of expanding one day. Having opened a restaurant before, Chuck knew the work involved and simply kept the idea as a possibility, but not a priority. As the years passed by and the demand grew bigger, it became more than just an idea. It became a goal. With Jenny's management background in the restaurant industry and Chuck's BBQ Catering growing, they decided it was time!

Together, they continued to grow the business and make it what it is today.

PART 2: It’s times like these that really discourage you when it comes to being a business owner. You put your blood, sweat, tears and money into it. It is your livelihood, and it is like watching someone come and take it all away from you. Luckily, the inside of the building was intact. They were so young and dumb. Some cash, broken window and a stolen vehicle. The truck has been recovered, and I am currently in contact with Clovis and Fresno PD. It’s just sentimental, since it was my dad’s truck. In the meantime, we are not going to allow losers like this to get in the way of everything we have accomplished. We are still going to remain open, but please be patient with us as our day has started later than usual. We ask that you help support us by visiting our restaurant. Coming by for lunch or dinner can help us take care of the repairs to the building and damage to the truck.

PART 1: Unfortunately, the worst has happened this morning. Our restaurant was broken into with cash stolen, and our Catering truck stolen. Neighbors also with smashed doors. The car drove into the building on our neighbors side as well. Luckily, these idiots were dumb enough to not wear gloves during the process and cops will hopefully find the low life losers.

As you can imagine, it’s been a rough couple of weeks & will be a long recovery, but your kind words and gestures help tremendously 🙏🏼 Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
